《2024年可持续发展与负责任采购合规报告》鉴证报告
为持续践行负责任采购承诺，提升供应链管理的透明度与公信力，本公司委托独立第三方鉴证机构 RCS Global Ltd.，依据 LBMA 负责任黄金指引（第九版）及 ISAE 3000 国际鉴证准则，对 2024 年度负责任黄金采购合规情况执行了合理保证鉴证。
To reinforce its commitment to responsible sourcing and enhance transparency in supply chain management, the Company engaged RCS Global Ltd., an independent third-party assurance provider, to conduct a reasonable assurance engagement on its 2024 Responsible Gold Sourcing compliance. The engagement was performed in accordance with the LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance (Version 9) and the ISAE 3000 standard.
鉴证范围涵盖公司精炼厂及回收金接收点，重点评估其尽职调查体系、供应链政策执行及合规披露情况。现场初步评估于 2025 年 5 月 29 日至 30 日开展，后续补充评估于 6 月 16 日以远程方式进行。鉴证结论显示，公司《合规报告》及《原产国附件》在所有重大方面公允反映了为证明合规所开展的活动，符合 LBMA 指引要求，未发现高风险或零容忍的不符合项。
The scope of assurance covered the Company’s refining site and recycled gold receiving location, with a focus on due diligence systems, supply chain policy implementation, and compliance disclosures. The initial on-site assessment took place on 29–30 May 2025, followed by a remote follow-up assessment on 16 June 2025. The assurance conclusion confirms that the Refiner’s Compliance Report and Country of Origin Annex, in all material respects, fairly present the activities undertaken to demonstrate compliance and are consistent with the requirements of the Guidance. No high-risk or zero-tolerance non-conformances were identified.
现将《独立合理保证鉴证报告》全文予以公布。报告内容真实反映本公司在负责任黄金采购领域的持续努力与管理成效。未来，公司将继续严格遵循国际标准与国内法规，深化供应链尽责管理，推动负责任、可持续的经营实践。

Going forward, the Company will continue to align with international standards and domestic regulations, further strengthen supply chain due diligence, and advance responsible and sustainable business practices.
